Luna is ready to help cat-loving children learn deep breathing patterns from 6 double-sided Breathing Pattern Activity Cards so they can manage their thoughts and feelings. They follow the light prompts—inhaling when the light gets brighter and exhaling when it fades. Light can be set to stay on for 5, 15, or 30 minutes. There are five night-light color options to choose from: white, yellow, purple, green, and pink.
