The Excellerations® earlySTEM™ Rocking Block Balance encourages children to find the correct combination of blocks and place them on either side of the scale to keep them balanced. Kids will also have fun making and copying patterns like tall block, short block, tall block, short block.

• FUN EXPLORATION: Children explore balance and leverage while positioning and repositioning the blocks on both sides of the balance while watching the see-saw motion it creates. Kids also explore counting, sizes, sorting, pattern making, and simple fractions.
• PROMOTES EARLY STEM CONCEPTS: Children investigate basic math and science STEM concepts such as using simple tools, problem solving, comparing and contrasting, weight, cause and effect, scientific observations, and critical-thinking skills.
• NATURAL COLORS, STURDY DESIGN: Painted in a natural, soft color palette, the set includes a durable wooden balance and 12 chunky wooden blocks. The balance measures 14 inches long. An activity guide is also included. For ages 2 years and up.
• BUILDS TACTILE SKILLS: The blocks are easy for small hands to grasp and stack. Kids develop their fine-motor skills and hand-eye coordination while having fun positioning the blocks in the wells of the balance, and then stacking more blocks on top.
