Made of durable fiber with non-skid backing for years and years of yoga and mindfulness activities. Ideal for use in preschool, daycare, classroom, homeschool or home school use. For children ages 3 years and older. Yoga mat not included.

Pads are 10 inches x 7.25 inches with vibrant photos.
• MINDFULNESS AND MORE: Pads include a “kid friendly” name of each yoga pose and may be used in a variety of ways to encourage mindful practice. Arrange in a circuit and have children progress from pose to pose. Display in a sequence so children can practice in unison.
