How to Create:
1.) Give each child one papier-mâché bank.
2.) Use tempera paint sticks to cover all sides with a base color—no mess, quick-drying fun!
3.) Add heart shapes, dots, or stripes with contrasting colors.
4.) Once dry, decorate edges and borders using printed craft tape for extra flair.
