How to Create:

1.) Start with a base surface such as paper, cardboard, or a box (not included).
2.) Use self-adhesive foam shapes to create fish, sea creatures, and ocean designs.
3.) Add pipe cleaners to form seaweed, coral, or ocean details (scissors not included).
4.) Attach shells and wiggly eyes for texture and dimension (glue not included for non-adhesive items).
5.) Press all pieces firmly and allow any glued elements to dry completely before displaying.
