How to Create:
1.) Plan your design using stars, stripes, or festive patterns.
2.) Paint the ornament using red and blue designs.
3.) Cut white foam shapes like stars and attach to the frame. (Glue and scissors not included.)
4.) Insert a favorite photo and secure the backing.
5.) Hang your finished ornament for a festive 4th of July display.
