How to Create:
1.) Plan your design using stars, stripes, or festive patterns.
2.) Paint the beach ball using red and blue designs. (You may want to use your own white paint or marker for added details.)
3.) Cut foam shapes like stars and attach to the ball. (Glue and scissors not included.)
4.) Add glitter accents for extra sparkle. (Glue not included.)
