How to Create:
1.) Paint the banner background using black paint and allow it to dry.
2.) Plan your fireworks design with lines, bursts, and patterns.
3.) Apply glue to create firework shapes. (Glue not included.)
4.) Sprinkle red, silver, and blue glitter over the glue designs.
5.) Let dry completely and hang for a festive 4th of July display.
